Looking for a good welding job anywhere

I am trying to change careers from welding into management. Unfortunately all job leads I receive are for open welding jobs. I received a Masters in management a year and half ago and it seems employers are not interested in my education. Anyone have any advice?

I plan on going to college for welding, I cant seem to find any jobs that want me. I have applied numerous times but I feel like because I have no connections or prior job experience I havent had any calls back. Any tips or pointers?
