I was complacent at the task I was performing and did not tie off!! Tarsco was fair about it ,but unfortunately I I was fired!! All my fault !! But after a year I'm eligible again!! They pay fair treat workers with respect and provide a very positive work environment!! I look forward to working with them again !! Kevin Sparks
