I was hired by a welding company today and I went for a drug screen and passed it with flying colors I go back to the welding company and the hiring manager said oh we made a mistake we’re not going to hire you we hired a much younger guy now before I went there I told the hiring manager that I had another job offer and he said he would offer me more money if I went to work for him so I passed on the other job and then they made a mistake so I am out looking for a job again

I was fired for following instructions by doing so the foreman call the company I work for an told them that I went outside to much buy when in our meetings before we starts our shift hr stated that it hoy in the plant so take ad many breaks that are needed because of the heat an when I did ad a welder it's hot any ways so I took breaks from time to time but by Mr following his instructions I was terminated from my position at the company .

it's a great place to work especially if you don't mind working overtime they have plenty of work

I can't say I ever made a mistake adhesive panel besides me getting a DWI and having to leave my job to go do my time....

Alot of sweeping

Be ready to deal with humidity and heat .Less than ideal working conditions. When production is up prepare for working weeks at a time with no days off. And mandatory overtime sometimes with little notice.Even if you have kids or family that need you you will be pointed unless you have FMLA.

I am a structural welder With 7 years experience and I have been looking for job for the past 2years, I have a family that I need to cear for and a lot of things on my neck , Please everyone what do you think I should do, should I been blaming my self for been a structural welder . and if I can still get some help from you guys

I was a welder for year and a half wile I was employed a coworker was promoted to shop forman and got his brother in law a job now me and my new boss had a disagreement and he called corporate office to have me fired for a upserd reason and the next day the brother in law was promoted to shop welder and pay grade when I asked why I was being fired they said I had a bad attude and the company could no longer tollarate my behavior but non of my co-workers had a problem with me the whole time of my employment with the company
