What I loved working at #Wal-Martsupercenter

It was great and I'm a people person so I enjoyed helping and serving our customers. I also enjoyed new co-workers and teaching them the things I had been taught .

When I left #Wal-Mart in 2009.

The reason that I left Wal-Mart was that I found out that my right shoulder rotator cuff was bad and that I needed an operation to repair it

A #stressful #Wal-Mart day

Wal-Mart treats employees like the industrial revolution did before the unions came into change labor laws. Intimidation, cruel, and mean how most of the Store managers, Co and assistant managers where aloud to treat associates anyway they wanted. I have notes of the last time I worked at Walmart of all the horrible ways management treats associates and myself. I know one thing I hope and pray that someone at corporate that really gives a damn. Step up and help all the thousands of associates feel the same way I do. I saw a man whom had worked for Walmart for 16 years even as an assistant manager fired because his health wasn't good. I have seen managers make many many associates cry for no good reason but just flat out intimidating mean! I hope someone will look into this because walmart does not care about there associates at all. I can say I know I worked for them. Ask more associates making sure there protected from repercussions of management. Walmart died when Sam Walton did. Pretty bad when you work for a billion dollar company for over nine years and your yearly raise is one dime. Are you starting to see and understand, I hope so. Don't just take my word ask Walmart associates.
