My advice would be use your talents and your intelligence and skills and all will go well.

My biggest mistake at Vogue was not delegating enough and overworking myself .since then I have learned to work smarter not harder.Its all about team work

Their was no drama at vogue because you you satisfy the customer with good customer service .

What I love about Vogue was that it was my baby I had crew of men working for me that we had to follow the instruction of the owner.Vogue was an empty shell when I stared this project. There was no electricity no dividing walls no flooring no ceiling nothing.the owner had known me back from LaVanti and knew that I had that store renovated .The owner Trusted me and hired to build and manage the store I was also the buyer for the store. By it is my best project ever.
