My most stressful day was April 13, 2016. Three young men assaulted me in my second period world history class at Beaumont Juvenile Correctional Center. They were trying so hard to downsize they had fired or laid off so many people there was not enough security. The Community Model was designed by the Anne E. Casey Foundation. The juvenile offenders are being allowed to do what they want and are generally not being held accountable on a day to day basis. Regretably, Governor Northam will likely continue with the MacAuliffe policies.

I would discourage anyone from working there. There is so much violence. Administrators do not support you. Governor Terry MacAuliffe and Agency Director Andy Block are seeking to simply advance their political careers.
