My advice to people interested in working at #CityElectricSupply as a #WarehouseAssociate ...

Be careful with this company. It started out fine, but people show their real character after a while. It is turning into a revolving door company and the leadership isn't that great. It's also very unorganized, but people have to see for themselves and not take it from me. What I'm saying is something I've been saying for months way before they did me wrong. Just be careful when getting involved with this company. If you're the type that just work and not goof off then you'll end up like me. Fired!

The most stressful was the day I came back from bereavement and they give me 5 points for being off an extra day that my supervisor told me to take and I didn't get paid for it, but after all of that my warehouse manager sent me home and told me to just come back tomorrow but call me an hour or so later on the phone and tell me that I've been terminated as if I was a temp when I was full time...never told me why until the next day and he came up with insubordination...which was not true. This is an at will state in NC so they can fire you without having any reason...

The biggest mistake I made as a #WarehouseAssociate at #CityElectricSupply ...

I went to ask my warehouse managers boss about PTO bc the warehouse manager was saying something different, but his boss told us the truth and made him print those papers out for us. It upset the warehouse manager and that led to me getting fired the day I came back to work from bereavement bc of the passing of my grandmother. It really hurt me bc of the disrespect to me and my family smh.
