What I loved about working at #usxpress was
I'm on a dedicated account making great money, not working incredibly hard and back to yard almost every day. Plus home for my 34 hour. After almost 24 years of driving it's quite enjoyable.

I enjoyed working for #USXpress because...
Didn't have to run teams always had a load on my back and it was a good environment good place to work

My advice to people interested in working at #usxpress as a #TruckDriver ...
don't work as a lease operator if you wanting to eat a stake and drink a beer get a hotel room don't go back to your truck until you sleep it off cost me 2months in jail and a year suspention of my CDL I have 3million miles never say itll never happen to me stuff and always try to find something better

The biggest mistake I made as a #TruckDriver at #usxpress ...
waking up in a truck stop after I had a beer 3 hrs ago then was ordered to move and get framed

A #stressful #usxpress day
when I get a late preplan and they say nothing until I get almost to my delivery well late what saves me is i tell them when I pick up the load or cant find an empty trailer

Drama at #usxpress
I just shake it off and move on they do as well

my fleet manager and some others that's what kept me longer than I should

My advice to people interested in working at #Usxpress as a #Companydriver ...
I started working for this company in July 2018. If you are looking into working for this company, I would advise you NOT to. Unless this is your last resort, keep looking. I came straight from cdl school to work for USXpress. I thought it was a good company since the school had a contract with them. Usxpress was telling me all these good things about their company and why I should choose them. Most of it is a big fat lie. They tell you a starting wage but once you actually start working the pay is not enough to live off of. I was only making about $500 per week driving 2,000+ miles and I was away from home for 3+ weeks at a time. I was earning more delivering newspapers and I was home every day. If you don't have experience and you are driving solo, then plan on having a lot of break downs and little pay for those days. They pay $50 a day for beak down after 24 hours and no break down pay on Sundays. Out of the 4-5 months I worked for them, I was broken down for about 3 full weeks. Good fleet managers are hard to get. Night and weekend dispatch have no clue what they are doing. Some fleet managers wait hours to send you load information. So plan on having a lot of down time. It took them 3 months to find me a team mate. Once they did, I was seated in a newer truck. Unfortunately, the steer tires needed to be replaced and I was stuck at a terminal for another couple days not working. They brought the truck into the shop and never replaced or fixed anything I requested. I did not feel comfortable driving that truck in snow with crappy tires. I was fed up and finally left the company that same day the truck came out of the shop. I'm writing this to help someone out. I thought trucking would be a good career move but NOT with USXpress. It will hurt your wallet.

The CEO at #USXpress should...
US XPRESS is much better than many truck companies right now
