I tell that TYNTEK corporation is a good company. They need someone that willing to do overtime, also need fast learner employee.

My biggest mistake i made while im working in my 1month probationary period i use package file that are not use for that wafer thats why i need to rework for anothe hour.

The stressful day ia during shiftment because we need to finish all product for shipment we need to do 16hrs.working.

Last time when the machine need to fix by engineer. When i arrived for my shift i saw the machine stop i ask my co -worker what happen to machine and i ask also if she already told to our line leader and she said not yet, i said why not you tell to leader she already here,and she upset to me and tell me its your shift now. She tell me the problem of machine and then i'm the one who explained to line leader.

I love working in TYNTEK CORPORATION because i learned how to speak chinese, and my job is easy to understand, and also i love oveetime.
