My advice to people interested in working at #TheLittlePotatoCompany as a #ForkliftOperator ...

I actually loved my job but it was overwhelming at times. I would recommend it. It is actually a good job overall. I left because i wasn't getting enough study time at home. Even though i wasn't in class yet i was a nervous wreck and i was trying to study before hand. If i had not been stressed about going to school i would have stayed. There was plenty of work and i could have gotten overtime and made a good lively hood there.

The biggest mistake I made as a #ForkliftOperator at #TheLittlePotatoCompany ...

Yelling at my boss out of frustration

My stress came from being left alone in receiving when there were trucks that had to be unloaded and there were too many for just me to unload by myself. The supervisor always just wanted to leave and i couldn't get instructions on what to do with the trucks since i obviously couldn't do everything by myself. At 2:00p.m. when i came in to work, a lot of times i had as much work to do as first shift had and i had no resources. The quality person left. My supervisor was leaving soon and all the receivers (4)were leaving soon. Truck drivers were angry because they had been sitting there all day, sometimes for more than a day and talking to them was consuming a great part of my time and i couldn't get done with what i needed too. My supervisor was never around and i couldn't seem to get management to understand or they didn't know how to deal with it. I asked for help but couldn't get help. I was told they were a new company and were still trying to figure things out. I don't know why they didn't hire more people
