The biggest mistake I made as a #AssistantManger at #TGIFridays ...

Not asking for help. I would always try to do everything myself. I would overload myself then blow up at my coworkers. When you are not sucefull, you make everyone else work harder. I had to learn this the hard way in the beginning

Had about 5 persons call in.
We also ran out of Jack Daniels sause. What a nightmare. Had to appolpges that day. Comped a lot of food as well.

Drama at #TGIFridays

People always get upset. The question you need to ask yourself is why are they upset. It could be just because they are having an bad day. I would love trying to get that smile on thete face.

Working a double shift. Having customers wanting to sit at a dirty table when there are always clean ones. Customers pressing you for 36 cents back in change. Customers trying to order 3 items at a time for endless apps and the apps get smaller after the first app.

What I loved working at #Tgifridays

That everyone really becomes family because you see them just about everyday, all good vibes even from managers
