YOUR "GIFT" WILL OPEN DOORS! (Against all odds...) [IBYC]

BE ENCOURAGED! BE ENCOURAGED! BE ENCOURAGED!

This is for YOU!

Ellen, always knew what she wanted to do in life. Perhaps, like many of us we don't know how and where to get started. So, Ellen figured it out and started working at J. C. Penney, later a waitress at T.G.I. Friday's and another restaurant, a house painter, a hostess, and a bartender.

Just like any other person in life, sometimes on the baseball field of life you can encounter some slow balls, fast balls and curve balls that can really cause you to swing your bat at something or strike-out from nothing. However, she knew her "gift" and used it by performing stand-up comedy at small clubs and coffee houses.

Well it's obvious she didn't "strike-out" rather, the evidence shows that she hit a grand slam out the ball park. Today, without a shadow of doubt she is known around the world as the TV Talk Show Host, Ellen DeGeneres, Etq. Wikipedia

Remember, your "gift" will open doors above and beyond expectations and "against all odds in 2019.

Can YOU beat the odds?

I Believe You Can...!

My advice to people interested in working at #Tgifridays as a #Bartender ...

Dont get hurt at work. I was hired as a bartender and was almost finished with my training and i got hurt. Well i was out bc of my injury and when i was released to go back to work my position was given away and i was being moved back to server. I was not hired for server. I was hired as a bartender. I dont think that was fair to me at all.

My super power at #TgiFridays was...

Learning the entire line within my first year and basically taking over the grill by winning the re-cook contest where i went 6 months, 5 days a week, 10 hours a day without a single one.

I truly loved this job. You have to want to challenge yourself working here. You have got to love being around people. You have to be able to deal with change. This was one of the hardest things.
