The biggest mistake I made as a #Dish/Trainer&dish/prep at #TexasRoadhouse ...

I was doing dishprep and working on the Ribs preparing to be cooked. and I grabbed the what I thought was RIB SEASONING .did the Ribs. And when I got to work I was asked what I used on the ribs? I told them and found out it was the wrong thang to use . I thanked the manger and NEVER did that again.

Drama at #TexasRoadhouse

I didnot work out front but coworkers, they would throw dishes at me so I would spray them ,or I would see a manger.and talk about it to THEM

The biggest mistake I made as a #PrepCook at #TexasRoadhouse ...

Was working with my wife. I will never work with a person I live with again.

I felt appreciated at #Texasroadhouse when...

They gave me a very big prep list every day and time wasn't a factor. In stead of 12/14 hrs a day I cut it down to 9/10 hrs which they really appreciated it instead of milking the clock.
