There is stress in every job. With team work the stress level was decreased. Knowing you could rely on your co workers was the best stress diminisher ever.

No one ever got angry, nurse or patient or visitor. There was all gratitude and appreciation from patient and families. There was never a reason for nurse to get angry, not when a nurse was understanding and compassionate.
