What I loved working at #Commandcenter
Easy work

I wanted to work at #Randstad because
I wanted to work at for Randstad, because it was a better job opportunity and I wanted to learn from this company and bring value into the team.

What would you do?
Ok. I want to ask this. What would you do if you were a part time permanenet empliyee of a major hardware chain and the store manager told you that he was never going to make you a full time employee with no explanation as to why. In the meantime you have been emoloyed as a part time permanent status for over 2 years. And within those 2 years you self motivated to learn other departments and could assist a myriad of customers with different projects.

Frustrated
I'm getting frustrated with the pop ups and I have gotten a couple of good permanent jobs thru temp companies and what happened to last jobs what is your area there are places around me

I need to understand
Is it possible for one to work as a part time worker for a year or more ? I have got an offer from a company, the contract says three months probation but when I ask them about my permant they don't come clear and I have finished my probation four months ago, please guys I need to understand how does part time works.

Temporary Agencies
I know I am at the age that Companies won't Hire You after Your 60-90 probationary Period, because of Your age. I am not ready to retire. But that said, Temporary Agencies tend to Use Whoever they can to just bring on the pay to keep them in business. This last one, I just got an award on Wednesday, got off Friday morning, got in my Vehicle and was halfway Home, all they said was don't come back. I was told that they would clear out my locker, and I would have to drive to the Agency to get my belongings. 3 weeks later, I still don't have my stuff

What I loved about working at #OnDemandStaffing was
Flexible. advancement opportunities for the actual company. Great managers on both sides. cost of living raise. The customers, it was also learning experience. W.e also got a living raise.

Is this for real!!!!?
I spent 3 weeks doing an interview with a Pharma Company, went through all the stages, phone interview, F2F with the hiring Manager, F2F with her manager and it all went perfectly. At the end, the recruiter representing me was told by the Pharma Company's HR department that they wanted to bring me on board. I was totally excited. On their part after each F2F meeting the Hiring Manager and her boss/manager told me the same and asked me about my availability. I was so excited. Two days later I got a call from another recruiter about the same job with the same company. I was shocked so I immediately called the recruiter representing me and she said she just heard that they were passing on the position...... All I could say is OMG is this for real!!!! Someone please tell me why do employers do that?

My advice to people interested in working at #OnDemandStaffing as a #Porterdriver ...
That they are very flexible and train well also a drug testing employer
