Well you can say that I am having so much fun with them , I have been learning alot of things about a new field like : hotels & tourism , but unfortunately I have no idea or no background about this field , beside the heavy info , the piece of info has no ending limits , not a simplified way , okay let me give you an Example : if you're talking about how to writing an Essay paragraph ? . Any Essay or any pharagraph must be based upon three things which they are as the following steps : . 1 - The topic scentences : which is the introduces of the subject . 2 - the body subject & the body organ . 3 - then the conclusion . As the greatest Novelistic writer Laurance sterne said : long live love , long live joy , long live happiness , enjoy learning & enjoy studying , both of learning & education must be for amusement not for torturing of filling the mind of a huge piece of info , do I make my self clear , beside the extremely training hours , extremely tired & exhausted training .

Well it's a great chance & great opportunity for me to join Teleperformance company in Egypt Cairo , I really enjoyed my time with them , but unfortunately it's a new field about hotels & tourism , I have no idea at all about this field or I have no background , also to Frank & honest with you without no doubt without no exaggeration at all I used to work as a customer service call center agent Offshore English account , I have got alot of experience in this field , well you can say that there is only one game in this business & I am married to him I love to be a customer service call center agent , I tried to do my best to help people , but I hate to deal with money or refund process , during my previous job at Raya Contact center branch & park of Maadi , project : Talabat.com , if there is any refund issue , I just send an Email to our complaint team to contact the customers in a shortly time , while inside this place you're dealing with Canadian dollar's , so I used to ask my self what about the consequences of any wrong refund , anyways hotels & tourism department is not my favourite branch & field at all .
