I felt proud to work for #target when...

I went to work everyday. Our store was #1 in our district for customer service. We took pride in our work and in our store.

Before your interview at #Target make sure to...

Look for another job. Target is not a good place to work. 3 people have quit the clothing side of the store. What Target expect out of an employee is unachieveable. The only good thing is the benefits and Target’s web page for employees is good. The web page cares for employees but does not trickle down to store level. Keep looking.

My advice to people interested in working at #Target ...

Target was obviously bringing communities to their jobs...even if the company itself had to pay for their travel. I was very impressed with their communication skills overall, as a company. They even helped me to navigate a leave of absence during the holiday season - for medical reasons. I would appreciate any opportunity to work for and/or with "Target", in the future.

Now you can make up to $24/hour at Target. Will this be the new normal?

Workers at Target stores and distribution centers in places like New York, where competition for finding and hiring staff is the fiercest, could see starting wages as high as $24 an hour this year.

The highest pay will be going to hires in the most competitive markets. Target currently pays a universal starting wage of $15 an hour.

Do you think other businesses will follow Target's lead and increase pay to attract workers? #jobsearch #nationwide #Target
