My name is Ryan and I'm looking for a better opportunity if its out there. I'm currently working at Target Distribution in Indianapolis, Indiana. The pay isn't bad but the management is. I been there for almost a year now. I'm not gonna go into detail but I went through a lot of stuff involving a manager for months. They finally fired him and transferred me to a different department. But the damage has been done and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I want to work for a company who actually value their employees and know how to treat them with respect. I done apply at Target and had a interview I was told to call back that following day I did and I call the other day and I was told by the HR he get back with me when call all I get is the operator saying they still check application keep a look out for a email or call about your application I haven't heard or seen a email nor a phone call yet but i check my email still I need a job
