What I loved working at #TacoBell

they have no problem working a person as little or as much as you need or want.

I wished that #TacoBell had...

support for managers. they ask alot of the managers. 4 to 4 every nite but one shorter shift unless we r short handed then....... we average between 50 to 60 hr weeks. plus everything we have to do and be on line also. there "most managers" i know are close to done. also managers should be "Trusted" to some what at least. or why are they managers. also nothing gets handled when something happens. i was told by my manager "suck it up. by the time i get dressed and put make up on you will have it undercontrol. so suck it up get out there." 2nd time running the store. All managers very over worked and sadly under paid.

The biggest mistake I made as a #Shiftmanager at #TacoBell ...

Putting my all into trying to create a successful business and the management team just screws you over

The most important thing I learned at #TacoBell was

I enjoyed working with others and meeting new people...it taught me how conduct myself in helping others...t be prompt in doing things.

Apparently they had hired some one with severe anger issues,and it was bad and on video
