That it's a good place to work

Trusting some co-workers and rank. Some were not trustworthy, had a john Wayne syndrome manner of doing their job. However, I was not popular because I believed in doing my job correctly.

There was hardly a stressful day, cause I know how to handle stress in a calm patient way.

I still treated then with respect went about my day, I never had any hard feelings toward anyone. I do not hold grudges against anyone.

Being able to work with offenders and help them work through their time more easily. Also being able to use my life's experiences to help others.
