Pro: Decent Pay Cons: is rampant with nepotism. It's definitely not about what you know but who you know and if you're a better brown noser than the next. This company thrives from these activities. Actually it gets to a point to where it's encouraged. I can't say this for all of T-Mobile but the West Region is ran terribly and they're surprisingly deceptive to their employees for some of the most minute things. #wordsofadvice
They love to work there employees vechile to they can’t moreand ake you work in knee height water and are not for the employees
Be honest and prepared for overtime. Some department work more than others. Also stay to yourself and you should be fine.
T-Solutions is a wonderful company to work for. I wish I had not left them as I did. My bust. Everyone makes mistakes in life, that was a big one for me. Take care. R, Jim Crabb
It is a company with a lot of experience in the fields of work that it offers and the commitment to the quality of the work that it directs is excellent, they identify with the people who work for them. It complies with all the international standards that are required and that the client controls. In Europe, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Mexico, Asia, they have worked and are excellent, as I said in complying with everything required, in terms of time required and quality
