The hardest part about my job right now is... #SykesEnterprises
The hardest part of that job, which lasted 2 weeks, was when they threw me into customer service calls before they finished the training. I prefer to know how to handle calls before I'm forced to take them. 7 of us quit the next day.

The best benefit at #SykesEnterprises was definitely...
Flexible hours

What made me stay @ #SykesEnterprises was
I wouldn't ever go back to this company. They discriminate on people if they have a learning disability. The customers are allowed to call in and cuss you out call you everything under the sun nothing said or done but if u hit the hang up button then its considered customer mistreatment well wrong cause mistreatment is being rude, mean or cussing them etc that is mistreatment!! They keep your paystubs from you when you quit and they even rip you off on hours....this is a very terrible place to work!!!!! The customers dont even get there products in a timely manner but when it comes to the team leads they get there products in 2 days with the 2 day shipping!!!!!! But it takes the customers forever to get them I have saw them wait a month and still not get there items but they was suppose to get free two day shipping but for customers its not no free two day shipping!!!!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY TOO WORK FOR!!! It's misleading for the customers false advertisement for two day shipping and sometimes on prices!!!! A customer called in paid about 60 dollars for some patio furniture then the product cancels and the price goes up over a grand that customer should get the item they paid for for the price they originally paid for it the first time well it happened twice!!!! I would recommend not working for this company at all!!!! THEY SUCK AND THEY ARE A TERRIBLE PLACE TOO WORK FOR

I did something fantastic at #SykesEnterprises when I...
During hurricane Harvey, a customer's home was flooded and she was on the roof. She couldn't get through to 911 but was able to reach our call center. I did a 3 way call with the authorities and she was able to get the help she desperately needed.

I decided to work for #SykesEnterprises because...
I worked for Sykes because the money was good and it was in a good environment, or so I thought. If things aren't done exactly right, you get fussed at like a child. If I had the chance to go back to Sykes I would but it would be under different conditions.

The most challenging thing at #SykesEnterprises,Inc is
I had heard of a bad reputation with Sykes so I was nervous to work with them when I first started. After being with the company and struggling with certain life situations, I can say, I'm definitely glad I got to be a part of this team! They have always been supportive and shown that they truly care about their employees!
