You have to be willing to work in the most stressful environment you could ever imagine. You have to be empathetic, have the ability to carry on multi conversation at once and never talk a caller’s anger as a personal attack. It’s not a job, it’s an adventure.

Keep a open mine work hard, get paid good. Leave the job at work and don't take it home with you. You will do ok.

The biggest mistake I made while working at Standard Textiles was being so loyal to them that I would not even look at other opportunities to sell myself and become more successful.
