A LOL moment #Summit Polymers
A new molding manager saying that he would have never hired me as a supervisor, 2 weeks later I was his boss. He was way over his head (not knowing anything about plastics, or managing a department) and was unqualified. When company ceo came in and found out, plus what he said, then on the spot made me the molding manager. Since I have been a supervisor in plastics for over 20 years and an operations manager for 3 years. This was at the Chicago Park Plastics before they closed down in Chicago.
