What I loved working at #Subway

In the area of Charlotte and its suburbs (ABSOLUTELY NOTHING),,,,, I seen food dropped on the floor and put back to serve the customers(Yorkmont rd),, The Subway on (Yorkmont rd) had a refrigeration leak inside the walkin the leak went all over the bread and some of the food and was served to the customers,, I have seen recalled food (cookies) served to the customers the owner of this Subway would under weigh the meat that was to be put on the sandwhiches (Younts rd),, I have seen expired food served to the customers,, I reported all of these things and NOTHING EVER became of it!!!

To #LANDajob at #Subway I would tell my best friend to...

No place better. The career options are limited and getting over 30 hours a week is hard, however it is so much fun! The easiest food service Business I've worked for. 25 + years experience in this industry and this is the best! They actually pay you to have a good time. Who could ask for better. To get a job at. Subway you must enjoy making people happy, have patience, and do dishes and windows. Making it your way is what it is all about. Leave everything else outside and be a people pleaser. That is what they expect. If you can show you can do that they will love you. Make sure you are willing to be there when they want you. Too many people believe they can write their own schedule and this is a fast way to be back looking. Make sure you want the job before you take it... It's not for everyone. They want team players.

The biggest mistake I made as a #SandwichArtist at #Subway ...

Not making sure they came out with a full schedule for the week so you could actually plan something like a doctor's appointment the subway I work that was a franchisee and he made the schedule every two days and sent it email at 11 at night who does this
