What stressed me the most was "Do as I say, Not as I do!" Was blamed of something but did not do. And was given the impression I could not be a manager because I did not go to college for a degree.
I lasted 14 years... I miss the work but not how you were constantly under the microscope to find what I was doing and to find any reason to written up for doing something wrong.

Stuller's a great company to work for. Be ready to work, work, work! Keep appointments, sick days and tardiness to a minimum...

I enjoyed working at Stuller's because it gave me an opportunity to grow with the company. I held different positions while there.
