I loved the people around me they was something like family and i loved making food because i knew how to do it well it was easy to me once you get use to it .

It's mostly employees wanting to fight each other and managers; usually it's like .... hunger games in the restaraunt.

The money as a server is what has kept me working with this employer. There is nothing more that I can honestly say has kept me here.

EVERY SINGLE DAY! Almost everyone there is unprofessional. The managers talk crap about their employees instead of talking to the person directly about it. I gave my two weeks. I need this job to support my family but it really isnt worth the stress anymore. Now i can focus on moving to bigger things and spending time with my 9 month old.

I liked working at steak n shake but the management was horrible at the one 4949 ridge ..they had they favorite crew members that get away with thing and they customor service was horrible and they don like answering phone so if u needed to call of u cant cause no one answer that how i lost my employeement ..beside that steak n shake is a good place to work but not the one 4949 ridge they need better management ..if i could work at steak n shake again i would but not that branch
