I loved the people and the atmosphere. The advancement opportunity is outstanding.

Im still at steaknshake but what made me stay is the customers they bring joy to me!!!

Is that I would not apply to Steak n’ Shake they rip you off and take your tips from you so don’t apply!!!!

Do your best and walk the line but work hard and you can move up.

Not being faster or catching the server that locked the door or getting the door unlocked faster.

The day I got fired for because we was busy no body was there yet for the back line and the other shift leader and I had to work the back line help the two servers and unlock the doors from where one of the servers put a sign up and locked the doors.

I had to write them up for drinking on the job and write another up for stealing.

Mostly my co workers but I just liked it I liked a little bit over all of it.

Fire the managers at steak n shake on Elsworth because they make employees do there work that requires for them to do

The GM stressing out the whole crew and talking down to us like dogs, when all her managers always like to sit in office and eat along with herself. Never any help from management. Pekin steak n shake. There's only 2 managers there that actually know what their doing. The GM OF THE STORE is very unprofessional and her attitude towards very personal matters, don't matter to her . don't ever work here...
