My advice to people interested in working at #SouthwestFoodServicesLLC,INC as a #KitchenManager ...
To become a Kitchen Manager, you might want to work your way up the process of it. It takes people skills, handling, having control of your Food ordering and Inventory. One thing, I would say is dedication, was what I did. {One thing in mind, if you become a Supervisor, Manager, don't let it get it to your head}.

What I loved working at #SouthwestFoodServicesLLC,INC
What I love about SWFS is having our Manager's meetings, which we take back to our employees and educate them what was taught to us, I have been with SWFS for 12 years now, whatever changes they make and made we go along right with it. At times it might be hard for others but as time goes on we have to lean what they want changes made.

Drama at #SouthwestFoodServicesLLC,INC
I don't believe any outburst ever happened in our Kitchen, we have had disagreements, which we resolved among each others as adult employees and that rarely happened as well.
