I was able to work with barely any micro managing. On the down side, I wasn't comfortable being on forklifts which limited my confidence. I was basically forced to learn and be in a forklift when it was already know that it was my weak point, everywhere else I made great progress and production. I'd go back easily if I knew I wouldn't be forced to be on a fork lift. #

When you working ur hardest and u still get looked over. Even tho they say they see u yet u still get looked over for positions.

Research and ask questions. Don't expect to make permanent anytime soon after u get there.... They expect u to put in a few years before u become permanent.... SMX at Nike will look over u for sure...

I was let go because I couldn't meet the quota of storing 1200 items during a 10 hour shift. I gave it my all. Also, the packer position was only temporary because I worked only during the Christmas season that year.
