My advice to people interested in working at #Alpinevalleybread as a #slicerOperator ...
Its hard and stressful and listen to the lead they will help you also listen to the operators and ask alot of questions about the process and how it effects each department . what do they do with the bread that dose not meet requirements and how do they know if its dose not meet standards . ask about safety when was there last accident and why did it happen and what has the company done to insure that it dose not happen again. if they put you with an operator ask him or her whats the perfect temperature to be slicing the bread and is it the same for all breads , what happens if the slicer goes down what is their responsibility. have them show you how to operate the double bagger how to adjust the air , table , sensors and at what speeds do they operate slicer and double bagger.

The hardest part of working as a #slicerOperator at #Alpinevalleybread
Supervisors they never want to help and never listen to anyone
