Trusting upper management to take care of unfair treatment and immature behavior in the workplace.

My hours were cut first. Then I was told it was because I didn't have a disability like the new person that was hired. Then I was told by corporate that we weren't a "good fit" and my employment was terminated. That was only after I had followed the chain of command for fair treatment.
