My advice to people interested in working at simatech shipping LLC as a Electrical officer, Keep good relation ship, understanding, and good communication with each other. these can be very helpful for continue your duties. also give the priority for target jobs, except emergencies. ,,,,,,,,

While sign on 2005 didn't checked the inventory. and not maintaining proper spare parts inventory. Electrical Item from the work shop after repair must be check properly before receiving.

Day of carrying big volume of reefer onboard...

During my working period onboard simatech ships, I have never faced fighting and big argument with people.only discussion and work.

Because good company operating system, company top management level to bottom level we can keep good relation ship in between office and ship. getting information, technical or other advice, religion vise and culture vise understanding, due to above reason people can work onboard minimizing the stress. and giving the good work out put.

My last contract was sima giselle (16.12.2016-14.06.2017) during my working period onboard nothing happened any argument with any person until sign off in Singapore.but only one incident happened with main panel board, because #3 generator #3 unit seized and tripped main panel board. due to low frequency, power management system was abnormal (generator panel display shows low frequency alarm) error. C/E and my self try to find the password to clear this alarm also write to the company. Unfortunately i didn't found until sign off, but during the period of my sign off (about one month) ships all Electrical items run bypassing the power management (ex. bow thrust er, main sea water pumps panel, elevator etc..) without any damage, dear sir, except this indecent nothing append any problem onboard during my contract period. thanking you sir,
