Try to find a corporate one. The franchisee managememt level is not professional. Maybe not all but the ones i have encounter is. That makes two i have worked for and thier not nice to work under when things get a little stress or crazy when hit with rushes.
I would tell them not to work there. The stress level is high, there is favoritism, you work twice as hard because they won't schedule enough staff. Perkins sucks to work for. The GM James Cole he lies, doesn't help when needed and doesn't try to fix issues among the employees.
Don't do it. They don't value their employees at all. You'll feel more like a number than a person.
Do your best and walk the line but work hard and you can move up.
Not being faster or catching the server that locked the door or getting the door unlocked faster.
Wasnt suppose to work for several hours so i was doing laundry and got called in and had to come in jeans and a tshirt
