Working at Shemin Nurseries was a fantastic experience... The owners, operators, & management created a great working environment, involved all the employee's in the working environment, allowing such employee's to feel as part of the team & in feedback towards their ideals & suggestions towards the operation. It set a standard as to what they contributed towards their involvement in the overall working conditions. Very good employee enthusiasm ...
