Met with parents to resolve educational prioriries and issues. Collaborated with teachers and administrators to discuss the academic needs of students studying English in Grades 1to 10. Be positive,ignore gossips,stay neutral.Keep good relationships with all teachers no matter how hard it seems.People start accepting you when you ask their advice,tell other people about his,her good features,show interest in conversations with them.

I worked too much.Was not able to say No to other teachers around me when they asked me to help them.Was exhausted by overdozen activities,demands.Had no time for myself.

I had to teach 36 hours a week and I was a Classroom teacher of the 6th C form with its 32 students in it.From the early morning till 6.25 in the evening had to stay at work.After the meeting held by the administrators was given a task to prepare some students for the competition of songs and dances in English,shoot the video of preparation and send the CD by 3.00. Collected all gifted students from different Grades and started working in the Meeting Hall.Two students were recording.Then one parent came and started demanding her son to let him go as she was going somewhere and wanted her son to go with her too. For my pleading to wait she refused and interrupted all preparation process again and again.I asked the student to go but he did not want to as he was playing the main part. After 2,5hours of that noise,her demands and shouts,her knocks on the door I managed to finish all necessary activities.

One day not very glad parent came to school to talk to me.Tried to find out the reason of his angriness.He got more furious while explaining what happened.Stayed calm and directed his attention to his last words.Explained that it was misunderstanding from his son's part.Called his son to come.Talked together about the previous event.Found the most important moments when the student disreflected my words,notes and instructions. The parent realized the whole situation.Appologized.

I met new teachers and students.I taught students of different age groups from 6 to 17. I organized out of school activities at the end of each term.The activities were full of preparation,joy and excitement.I taught my students to sing English songs,recites poems in English, play sketches in English. I held English weeks according to the school curriculum.Carefully planned all activities beforehand choosing the most interesting and useful for students.Opening ceremony in the school hall in the pleasant atmosphere.Then 5 days of competitions in decorating classrooms with quotes written in English,fastest readers in English,best writers in English, best photos with comments in English,best book about yourself in English. The English week usually ended by concert The Best Singer of English Song and announcing winners of all competitions.
