When I was offered my retirement package or accept another position. I should have accepted another position and not leave the company.

If a customer had an issues and it took me longer to fix I had to let the customer leave without a solution to the problem. I did not stop until I solved the issue.

I would let the customer vent I accepted the issues I would apologize and fix what needed to be fixed

I loved working with fellow associates I enjoy talking with customers and if I had an issue to solve I enjoy getting it done and making the customer happy .
