Going in every day to Sears was not like a job I loved it and going in a place like that was not like work. I loved getting ideas for different set ups and displays and learning different things and being able to share that knowledge on with my associates. To be able to stand back and watch associates and customers come in and actually notice the changes it gave me a joy.

The biggest mistake would be not making sure that my medical coverage was sent in properly.
