Just do what they ask you to do and don’t be late for work also don’t have any unexcused absences.

I have the same breaks given to me as to the hired on employees. But my breaks were shorter than theirs because I was a temp. Of course I worked an 8 hour day when hired on worked 12 hour shifts.

There isn’t much drama at the factory. The factory's hired-on employees had council available to them. But I was just a temp employee and this wasn’t given to me.

The people, managers and supervisors, at the factory were great. No problems with them at all.

3 day attendance. Had flu plus Dr excuse. State at will .release at any time....
