Definitely during Thanksgiving and Christmas the Sea Grill is packed from opening to closing your 8-hour shift feels like 3 hours of work went by so fast by the end of the night you just had a great feeling I complish cooking high-end food and got it done

Never had a problem with any customers only got compliments but working the line during the holidays I had 25% of the menu and there was six cook so the chef called off about 10 orders while yelling at me to get them out which is impossible he came back behind the line and help me out

Became a better cook also got to meet a lot of celebrities from Saturday Night Live would sneak through the kitchen to get out during the holidays was too crowded on the streets also Mad Mike Bloomberg for lighting of the trees not an easy job during the holidays
