To ALWAYS get everything in writing!! when making a deal or agreeing to a "job". Otherwise they will completely screw you over and you'll work for free, which is why I left. Also save any texts or whitnesses you have between between you and the boss if you can get it in recording even better. They're manipulative and sneaky there don't trust them. I wouldn't and my family knew them and still they screwed me over.

What I loved about working at #Salon owner/ Stylist was
My career was very fulfilling as I loved what did, making people feel better about themselves. I loved the creativity and daily challenges. I like meeting new people and retaining clients through the years.
One thing I would have loved to have at #Salon Vivace was
A younger stronger body. I was an employee and I had a back and arm injury. I would have never left there but the pain became unbearable. I thank the opportunity to have been able to work there. Thank you Michael and David.
