I personally wouldn't, there's heavy favoritism, there is a lot of resistance in selling a vehicle. Managers disappear for hours on end. The unprofessional relationships amongst managers and co workers. The owner is a racist, has used sexual and racist terms in meetings. Co-workers have faught in the showroom. There's a dealership dog that I've watched urinate on customers feet at a desk. They take money from your checks, if they decide you don't deserve such amount. Signed contract on pay plan, doesn't pay salary in full amount. Sales people check in cars, drive dealer trades, move the lot. They also stepped away from certifying vehicles to save money from Honda Financial. Doesn't accept credit or debit, all sales are personal check or cash. Must use the ATM. Also have the weakest flat commission at $75 for new, $150 for used. Investing a dealer trade to Buffalo/Adams/Binghamton/Albany, takes you off the floor for $75 before tax is ridiculous. They have never met their projected numbers through Honda. The back office will literally degrade you in a cellular level. Making a hostile work environment, and reluctant to go back there to hand paper work in. They will not issue New Plates after 4:30pm on a work week. Also will not spot deliver a vehicle. Customers Titles must be in the paper work to bill out, or they won't touch anything. Owner will scream in the showroom at sales reps for the minor things, like wearing a Honda product or seeing someone on a cellphone talking to customers. Majority of the sales consultants have sub par Customer satification Indexs which pushed a lot of customers to other dealerships. Poor neighborhood, have found spent bullets on the ground by vehicles, watched a standoff happen next door, people overdosing at local stores near by. Overall, I would highly recommend finding a better place to work. There's no human resources to go to, if problem needs to be addressed.
