In March 2018 I served along with 7 other fellow church members with Samaritans Purse in Baton Rouge, LA. We repaired homes damaged by flooding that occurred in 2016. After I retuned home to Beaufort, SC I got interested in continuing volunteering to repair or build homes and contacted the director of our local Habitat for Humanity organiation (who is also a fellow church member). I have been volunteering ever since one day a week.

Basically talk to the customer, ask him what you help them with. Try to find out the root of the problem and work with him or her, be patient and positive about the information you're receiving and giving. Come up with a good solution for the rudeness or unhappiness causing the problem and work with a customer because I happy customer is a repeat customer.

I FIRST HELPED OUT ON A HABITAT HOUSE WHEN I OWNED MY ON CARPET BUSSINESS AFTER HEARING THE STORYS OF THE PEOPLE I WAS HELPING GET A HOME OF THERE OWN I WAS HOOKED BEEN HELPING TJHE FOR OVER 20 YEARS NOW AND WONT STOP TILL I CANT DO IT ANYMORE
