It's a great job but I did not realize that I'm not actually an employee OF H.D. I'm sub-contracted through a hiring company. I do not get the same pay, benefits, etc.

Not a good company to work for. They put a lot of stress on you to meet goals.

Got to be prepared to deal in a pressure enviroment specially with unpatient customers try to be eficient and polite at the same time.. Be faster and a big willingness to help and empathy to get more satisfied customers

Thanks god no always tried to rely on trainning and supervisor instructions for do not make mistakes.. But nobody's perfect!!

By doing what they call grazing, and being honest about it. I got fired

So I got hired on the 12th of April passed the drug test and background check yet still haven't been called in to come to work .The job is at Dollar general for lead sales associate has anyone else had this problem.
