@Stephanie Lloyd If a company is meeting their financial goals and a hybrid/remote work schedule is working for them, I personally don’t see the problem. Far as raises go, I feel higher pay should be based on performance, employee growth, and cost of living. A company may still be operating from the same facility and overhead expenses may not change much.

No they don’t. If you are retired and want something to do it would be great. Easy work.

Depends on where in the company you start, but I would say no. Lots of theft and dealing with angry customers, not worth it.
