Do you think some employers will keep the hybrid and remote work schedules?
If so, should employers give raises since they are saving money on buildings, lights, and supplies etc.?

@Stephanie Lloyd If a company is meeting their financial goals and a hybrid/remote work schedule is working for them, I personally don’t see the problem. Far as raises go, I feel higher pay should be based on performance, employee growth, and cost of living. A company may still be operating from the same facility and overhead expenses may not change much.
