Compare wages for same/similar roles in your area (can search on sites such as GlassDoor) to see if other companies are offering more. You can show your manager those wages and point to the similarities in the job description.

If you recently received a raise, it usually means you have been doing current job exceptionally well and will help your case in asking for more than your last raise.

Congrats on your raise :) The only way I know people who got a raise back-to-back is if they got promoted into another position. Or If they took on more responsibilities. Very helpful answers in the comments. I like what @Cooper Rewa suggested.

That's awesome news and so glad you're not settling for less! I love Cooper's suggestion and you can def. do more research on the market rate. You can also just ask in general what is the budget of your department and whether there's room for growth. Good luck!
