S&s leasing don't fix nothing I had a headlight out for 6 months I had a ride around the yard with high beams on no paid holidays no vacation and when the company I jockeyed for had a holiday I lost the day's pay.

I walked up to my.now boss and asked to be given an opportunity, and let my work ethics and willingness to learn and learn.....I was hired and still working hard.

I'm 59 swm and semi retired. I went back to work to get off my ass and I lost 35 lbs . The work ethic today is so poor and people just don't care . Yet those that work hard and show up on time and don't call out get the same pay as the other.. What is the benefit of working for a company or corporation that doesn't care about the good employees?? They see us as all one in the same ..Now is the slow time ,sales fall in the winter but come spring they more than double.. I can only make so much, but I know for a fact I can make the store and much better place .. I just lost the edge and effort to do so. Corporation only care about #s and $$$$__... Not the people. When you have Shift Smart people making 13$ a hour and full and part time employees only making 12$ corporate has lost its mind . Circle k, The Whacky Store .. Sorry for poor spelling and grammar.. They do no need a mechanical drafter, they should specify civil drafting with emphasis in construction, and should be someone fit to survey in those high stores bldg, in office everybody is friendly
