I felt proud to work for #RubyTuesday when...

I worked at Ruby Tuesday for three years as a server 2 years as a manager and one year as a key holder apparently nothing's ever been the same since I got "got laid off permantly" in March of 2021 and I haven't been the same I've been on Unemployment since and come to find out I'm still a counselor and I'm still working for Ruby Tuesday because everyone in there is very very unhappy with the new GM apparently so are some of my regulars that have been messaging me she defames me she is making everybody's life miserable I worked underneath Jamie who was the GM at the time and apparently he quit for a reason also not sure what that is but there is a real problem in there she is screaming at the cooks and her key holder and customers are hearing this and making complaints also and I don't understand why HR is not getting back to these complaints I myself called John Holden last night and have not heard from him but the place is not the same it's not being run right and I refuse to get defamed the place will never be the same with her running it and I would love to know why I was laid off permanently instead of fired after all the accusations she made towards me if I could get a call from HR that would be great my opinion of spending money there right now under the supervision that it's under undergoing is basically a zero in my book any many others

I felt proud to work for #RubyTuesday when...

We were tested to be #1 in the entire company in 2016. Also, previously $120 million was invested to update and renovate the facilities, nationwide.

I went to Ruby Tuesday

I went to ruby Tuesday for a job; they held me up for three and a half hour, and when Marco came out to interview me I could tell by experience that he wasn't going to hired me because of my experience, instead of letting be that he went into the kitchen with the other manager kitchen staff and talk so bad about me and the people who I know called me and tell me about how they talk about me. I just said to all of them my God will get them. But I know I will never eat or tell anybody to eat at Ruby Tuesday in East Point again in my life again and I was well dress for the job.

My advice to people interested in working at #RubyTuesday as a #Server ...

Don't count on having a career here...it's a revolving door. I was there almost 11 years and once management changed it was like all my time in and experience meant absolutely nothing.
