One thing I would have loved to have at #Ruby Tuesday was
Ruby Tuesday's is a great place to work! I made good money and good friends. Everyone is like a family there the managers are great! If you work hard for them they treat you very well

A #stressful #Ruby'sPantry/homeandawayministries day
I had five trucks to load on a Friday and six orders to pull, and the owner decides to let employees get free food. So in the middle of all I have to do, I have people just showing up asking what they can have and where is it, etc.

My advice to people interested in working at #Ruby'sPantry/homeandawayministries as a #WarehouseAssociate ...
Either don't or be prepared for the politics. Don't be fooled by the soft spoken CEO or the " this is a ministry, be a blessing" rhetoric. It's a non-profit money maker for the top 3 wages takers, who happen to all be related. And the board of directors is made up of friends and family that aren't about to kill the "golden goose" that this "ministry" had become.

The biggest mistake I made as a #WarehouseAssociate at #Ruby'sPantry/homeandawayministries ...
Being brutally honest about things management did that were questionable. Whether it was a payroll system that cheated employees it of overtime. Or paying people to do a job that they weren't doing. I my have myself an "enemy of the state" because I spoke openly about a lack of true leadership. They had management down to a micro-managing science but the organization is devoid of real leadership. Ruby's pantry/home and away ministries has North Korea type leadership. You deal with internal conflict by getting rid of the dissenting voices.
