I enjoy working for #RMSI because...it is never monotonous, a different store.
everynight, even though it is the same set it is different

What I loved working at #Rmsi
Time flew by, didn't even want to stop working when it was lunch or break

A #stressful #Rmsi day
When a team member cussed and screamed at me and no one backed me up. I was devastated. Still hurts today because I loved working for that company so much.

The stores we took care of, Albertsons grocery stores. A lot of the mgmt team I've known for years. I sure miss all of them.

If my pet worked @ #Rmsi He/she would say
Well there's a lot they need to improve on.but i'm not sure its all their fault cause they work for the corporate office. Example these big signs they wanted us to install cost 1000 each we were told over a conference call that we had to be extra careful cause they cost a lot now i know they've had the same stores for years and know that in the past certain stores never can have signs hung because the way the ceiling is and there's a good hand full of stores that are like that so those signs ended in the garbage hey someone from each group of stores should let them know the sizes of the stores how many checkout stands some have seafood some don't etc.Bottom line give us a better pay instead of wasting it

My advice to people interested in working at #Rmsi as a #FieldSupervisor ...
It can be a good company to work for just depend on what Market you're in please stay out of Dallas and Houston.

The biggest mistake I made as a #FieldSupervisor at #Rmsi ...
Transfer from the Chicago Market to the Houston.

Happened to deal with the DM and her racism.

Drama at #Rmsi
I got written up for going in to talk to my employees without getting permission from my DM but I work in the Chicago Market I was the field supervisor but when I came to Houston it was a different story you was constantly micromanage.
